You will get an email from NETCOM @TRASHBILLING.COM. This email will contain your invoice with the link to pay your bill. If you do not pay your bill online, you will be sent an invoice through the mail. You can mail a check/money order, or go to the trash billing website at www.trashbilling.com and enter your customer ID number(found on your invoice) to pay your bill and enter your billing preferences.  Please consider selecting "Yes" in your account settings when it asks if  you want to receive your bills by email to keep costs down.

*Mechanically chopped tires
*Batteries- contact local salvage dealer or return to supplier 

*Liquids or semi-liquid sludge: Paints (unless can is empty and dried with floor dry, sawdust or cat litter and lid is off) varnishes, flammable toxins and poisons.
*Oil and filters- contact local oil supplier
*Trees, stumps, logs, large branches- take to city tree dump site 

*Dead animals
*Asbestos material

You can request an additional dump for your dumpster for $35, but we need at least a week notice before pick-up. 

Yes, we have carts for weekly curbside pickup. Please check our pricing page for more information. 

We currently only offer recycling services in Jewell and Blairsburg, IA. We are in the process of adding more towns and will update customers on our Facebook page and through email as more towns get added. 

Yes, you can set-up auto pay or pay your bill online on our website at the "Pay My Bill" link on the menu at the top of the page. Your customer ID number for the trash bill website will come to you by email or mail with your bill.

Customers are responsible for protecting (and not abusing) your carts/dumpsters. In the case of damage due to normal wear and tear, your cart/dumpster will be repaired/replaced at no cost to you. Be smart about what you place in your cart/dumpster. If, for example, you put hot coals in your cart, you will have to pay for its repair or replacement. If you have damage to your cart/dumpster, please call 515-539-4USA to schedule a repair or replacement. 

Yes, according to a new city code in Webster City, the lid on the 96 gallon trash carts does need to be fully closed. This helps prevent trash from blowing around and animals getting into the cart. 

96 Gallon= 27" wide, 35" deep, 45" high

64 Gallon= 25" wide, 28" deep, 43" high

35 Gallon= 19" wide, 24" deep, 37" high

Yes, our office is open Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm. We are located at 2066 290th St, Kamrar, IA. The office is on the backside of the property connected to the shop. There is a big sign that says "office".
